Puppies Who Died Due to Alleged Neglect Deserve Justice

Target: Mark Roe, Prosecuting Attorney for Monroe, Washington

Goal: Demand that the man who allegedly neglected a litter of puppies, leading to the death of two, receive the maximum penalty by law.

Two puppies died and seven more suffered when they were allegedly neglected. The suspect reportedly denied the sick puppies veterinary care. Demand justice for these innocent puppies.

Monroe police searched the home of a local 30-year-old man after they received reports of a dead dog found outside of his home. Inside, officers reportedly found a litter of sick and neglected three-month-old puppies. Two of the puppies had already died, officers stated, and seven more appeared sick. Per police, the puppies had never been seen by a veterinarian, and they all suffered from varying degrees of neglect. Drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine, and a stolen military-style Springfield Armory rifle were also reportedly found in the home.

Everett County Animal Shelter took custody of the puppies. Police accused the suspect of neglect and booked him into the Snohomish County Jail on possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of firearms, and possession of a stolen firearm. Additional animal cruelty charges are pending. Sign below and demand that this man receive the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.
