Target: Michael Ramos, District Attorney for San Bernardino County, California

Goal: Demand that the person who wound a rubber band around a dog’s mouth, leading to serious injuries, be charged with animal cruelty and receives the maximum penalty by law.

A dog suffered serious injuries after someone wound a rubber band tightly around his mouth. The dog also had severely matted fur, a sign of neglect. Demand justice for this poor dog.

A good samaritan notified the Inland Valley Humane Society & SPCA after they discovered a badly injured dog. The four-year-old poodle, named Ricky by his rescuers, had a rubber band tightly wound around his muzzle. A thorough veterinary examination showed that Ricky suffered from an infected mouth and tongue, and his hair was severely matted. Ricky had no collar, ID, or microchip, and the person who committed this abuse is still at large.

Ricky had surgery to repair his injuries, and he is expected to recover. The Inland Valley Humane Society & SPCA is investigating this case as animal cruelty. Sign below and demand that the person responsible be charged and assigned the maximum penalty by law.

What a shame we just can’t put some of these sub-humans in a boat and just send them off to nowhere.
Why do we have to share our world with this type of person. I do not want to breathe the same air as they do.
    Poor wee dog.
