Dozens of Dogs and Cats Allegedly Neglected, Bred, and Kept in Filth Deserve Justice

Target: Joseph D. Early Jr., District Attorney for Worcester County, Massachusetts

Goal: Demand that the couple who allegedly bred dozens of dogs and cats in their filthy unsanitary home receive the maximum penalty by law.

Sixty-one dogs and cats were allegedly kept in filthy conditions in a shocking case of animal cruelty. The suspects reportedly bred the animals and attempted to sell the sick puppies and kittens illegally. Demand justice for these innocent animals.

“It was extremely dirty. There was a very strong odor of ammonia, which is admitted from cat feces and urine,” stated Auburn Detective Lieutenant Scott Mills. The Auburn Police Department entered Richard and Jean Ann Anger’s home after they received reports of them allegedly selling sick animals out of a church van. Once inside the home, police stated, they found dozens of cats confined to wire enclosures and dogs running free throughout the house. Per police, two litters of puppies and four litters of kittens lived in filth, and the animals had overgrown nails, matting, and urine-stained fur.

All of the animals were taken to shelters in the local area. Jean Ann was charged with animal cruelty and operating a kennel without a license. Charges against Richard are pending. Sign below and demand that the Angers receive the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Early,

Dozens of dogs and cats were allegedly neglected and kept in unsanitary conditions. Per police, the suspect and her husband illegally bred the animals and sold the sick puppies and kittens. We demand justice for these poor animals.

Auburn police charged Jean Ann Anger with animal cruelty and operating a kennel without a license after she allegedly kept 61 animals in unsanitary conditions. Police entered Anger’s house wearing protective suits due to the dangerous degree of filth, and they reportedly found dozens of neglected dogs and cats inside. The animals had overgrown nails and matted, urine-stained fur, police stated, and many were kept in wire enclosures. The animals were taken to local shelters to recover. Anger will answer for her charges at a later date. Charges against her husband are pending.

This horrific neglect must be punished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

This no good disgusting monster, deserves the same treatment as these poor babies, but I guess we have to settle for the maximum penalty under the law. There is a place in hell I’m sure.

  2. Everyday there is a report like this, until we take reasonable action and makes the “punishment fit the crime” then it will finally stop!

We should also end all other forms of animal abuse such as: Factory farming, fur/leather farming, animal experimentation, glue traps, animal circuses… ALL of it!

    • lynn woods says:

all animal abuse has to be stopped these people that do these cruel things to animals are not even human

  3. Oh and they were selling them out of a church van, GOOD CHRISTIAN PEOPLE NOT NOT NOT. This type of people are abusers and need to be held accountable for their actions. Take their assets to help these animals recover.

  4. Pass laws to Stop Breeding!
Unwanted Cats and Dogs will die if there are no laws.

  5. lynn woods says:

and these are supposed to be good people hang the bastards these creeps are guilty of animal cruelty and should go away for a long time

  6. All breeding must be halted and made illegal, period, NO MATTER the conditions, bad or not, until NO MORE animals are being killed in shelters and they all actually have truly GOOD homes. Anything less is highly unethical and inherently wrong. There should be ZERO “unwanted” or “excess” domesticated animals in this world. Until this is accomplished, BAN ALL BREEDING ACROSS THE BOARD. Then, as a consequence, when these lowlifes get caught breeding, it would allow for an automatic jail sentence that befits the true cost (to ALL animals) of their utter lack of conscience or moral compass.

Another couple of brain dead, greedy losers who profit off the suffering of innocent animals. This makes me so sick. Stop bringing more and more animals into this world, when there are so many good animals languishing in shelters.

  8. Eva Cantu says:

MAKE THOSE LOSERS LIVE IN THEIR OWN FILTH, OH,I GUESS THAT’S HOW THEY LIVE ANYWAY. THAT SHOULD NOT MEAN THAT THEIR SHOULD LIVE LIKE THAT.

  9. STOP ALL BREEDING??ITS RIDICULOUS, HOW CAN SANE PEOPLE THINK WE NEED NY MORE BREEDING,!

DO NOT LET PETSTORES SND THE PET INDUSTRY CONTINUE THE CRUELTY! FIVE MILLION PETS KILLED IN SHELTERS ECH YEAR MOST UNDER TWO YEARS OLD!

STOP BREEDING INNOCENT ANIMALS TO BE TORTURED ABANDONED NEGLECTED AND THROWN AWAY LIKE TRASH!
