Dog Reportedly Thrown Off 7th Story Deserves Justice

Target: George Gascon, San Francisco District Attorney

Goal: Punish the person accused of throwing a dog from a 7-story parking deck to the maximum extent of the law.

A 4-year-old Chihuahua named Dunky was apparently brutally thrown from a 7-story parking deck in San Francisco and found dead on the ground below. The dog was waiting in the family car alone when someone allegedly broke into the vehicle, stole what was available, and ruthlessly murdered the canine. A suspect has been apprehended and accused of maliciously hurling a helpless animal to his death in addition to other crimes.

People walking on ground-level discovered Dunky’s tiny, unresponsive body that afternoon. When the owner returned, he found fellow citizens surrounding the remains of his lifeless pet. He initially thought the dog had escaped from the car and fallen to his death by accident. However, auto damages and signs of malice found by investigators inside and around the vehicle indicate the act was intentional.

Broken glass and blood were discovered, and there was a trail of blood from the car to the railing of the parking structure. According to police, robbers have caused much grief over the years by stealing precious things from people. Regrettably, this merciless deed drags auto break-ins down to a disturbingly lower level.

The detained suspect has been charged with suspicion of felony, burglary, animal cruelty, grand theft, possession of stolen goods, carrying a concealed weapon, vandalism, and probation violation. The accused is also being held on possession of burglary tools, possession of drug paraphernalia, and violating a court order. Fortunately, police have reported that dash camera footage has provided key evidence in the case.

People who harm sentient beings have no respect for life and present a serious danger to everyone around them. The person responsible for this monstrous animal cruelty must be held accountable. This innocent dog deserves justice, and whoever is responsible must be punished to the fullest extent of the law.

Dear District Attorney Gascon,

A tragic case of animal cruelty has occurred in San Francisco that killed an innocent dog named Dunky. Waiting for his owner to return, his car is believed to have been broken into by a thief. Apparently, the malevolent individual threw the small Chihuahua from a seven-story building in order to continue a cold-hearted pillage without interruption.

People who intentionally harm animals threaten our safety, and this dog deserves justice. FBI studies reveal that people who abuse animals are more likely to do the same to their fellow human beings. I ask that whoever is responsible for inflicting such pain and suffering upon an innocent being be punished to the fullest extent of the law, sending a clear message that this type of behavior will not be tolerated in our society.

Throw the book at this jerk and make him pay for his crime. I’m sick and tired of hearing stories like this. It is time to start cracking down on animal abusers and punishing them so severely that they never do it again.

  8. Trying to steal a car is one thing but to then kill someone’s beloved pet is beyond the pale.
I have no sympathy for this monster and hope he gets what’s coming to him.

  9. Fred Smith says:

So now it is middle of May 2018, and there seems to be a media blackout on the outcome of the trial. After hours of searching the internet, all I can find is the original horror story and the arrest of this creep. My guess is that Wakeen Best got a slap on the wrist, as in his numerous previous convictions, and is back on the street.
