Kitten Allegedly Frozen, Squeezed, and Thrown Off Balcony Deserves Justice

Target: Mike Ramos, District Attorney for San Bernardino County, California

Goal: Demand that the man who allegedly put a kitten in a freezer, squeezed her, and then threw her off of a balcony receives the maximum penalty by law.

A kitten was allegedly frozen, squeezed, and thrown off of a second-story balcony in a shocking case of animal cruelty. The suspect reportedly abused the kitten as punishment for entering an apartment. Demand justice for this innocent kitten.

Fontana police arrested Lucio Cota Lopez after he allegedly abused a 3-4-month-old kitten. The kitten, named Olive by rescuers, cried out in pain as Lopez reportedly squeezed her tiny body. Lopez also placed Olive in the freezer, police stated, and threw her off of a two-story balcony onto concrete. Olive suffered a collapsed lung and a fractured hind leg in the fall, per veterinarians, and it was a miracle that she survived at all.

Olive is recovering at Valley Animal Hospital of Bloomington and will need surgery to repair her injuries. Lopez has been charged with animal cruelty and he remains in police custody. Sign below and demand that Lopez receives the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.

May Karma catch up with this foul wretch. Such degraded psychos like him are a pollution on the face of the planet, their dead hearts and decayed minds are a disgrace to the nature of a human being. I hope they catch him and charge him with felony. Hope that poor little kitten recovers and finds a good home.

  2. What a dirtbag!!!!!

  3. This horrific abuse cannot go unpunished!
What a dick head piece of smelly garbage!

  4. South American name… Not surprised.

  5. SEVERELY PUNISH THE MONSTER!! That doesn’t mean a slap on the wrist either. Throw him in jail for a year or two,ban him from ever having or being around any animals, fine him a huge amount (plus all the kittens vet bills until she finds a new loving home) demand he gets psychiatric help as he is a real sicko. Stop this monster now before his next victim is a child or a elderly person!!

  6. Animal form of animal abuse is a crime. Whether it be this or factory farming, fur/leather farms, animal experimentation, glue traps, animal circuses… ALL of it needs to end.
