Murdered Alpacas of Buckinghamshire Deserve Justice

Target: Francis Habgood, Chief Constable, Thames Valley Police

Goal: Apprehend, prosecute, and fully charge those responsible for the brutal slaying of three alpacas in Buckinghamshire County.

A farm in Little Kingshill in Buckinghamshire County was the scene of a dreadfully brutal killing of three adorable alpacas. Owners Lesley and Andrew Sapsford were in shock and utter disbelief to find the animals had been viciously attacked in their shelters. In great despair, Mrs. Sapsford said, “We are heartbroken and devastated — we can’t believe that anybody would be so cruel.”

Two of the alpacas were pregnant and already dead when discovered. The third, 4-month-old Ragamuffin, succumbed the following day from the injuries sustained. Frighteningly, it isn’t known if this was done by an individual or a group as there have been no arrests.

A post-mortem examination was performed, and all three alpacas suffered their demise from blunt force trauma. Once in their shelter, the animals are not visible from the outside of the structure. The owners feel positive that someone performed this horrific act intentionally and attacked the innocent animals inside the shelter so as not to be seen.

There are about 80 remaining alpacas on the farm. The Sapsfords are terrified that more of their precious herd will be maliciously harmed by this sadistic individual or group. They are concerned and sickened; it is beyond belief to think that anyone would consider this brutal behavior against a harmless animal as acceptable or justified.

Statistics for animal crimes in the U.K. are appallingly high, despite increased efforts that strive to eliminate the problem. Any person who abuses and kills animals will most likely do the same to his fellow man and must be considered a risk to society. Animals are sentient beings, and crimes against them should be fully punished. Sign the petition to demand that police work hard to find and punish the person or people responsible for this horrific crime.

Dear Chief Constable Habgood,

Three harmless alpacas were brutally murdered on the farm of Lesley and Andrew Sapsford of Little Kingshill in Buckinghamshire County. These animals were mercilessly slaughtered in their shelters to assure the execution was kept hidden from the view of the farm owners. Disturbingly, no one has been apprehended and held accountable for these hateful crimes, and the Sapsfords are in fear for the safety of their enduring herd.

Humanitarian Albert Schweitzer once wrote “Anyone who has accustomed himself to regard the life of any living creature as worthless is in danger of arriving also at the idea of worthless human lives.” FBI findings show a direct correlation to animal abusers and serial rapists and murderers. Whoever is responsible for this depraved act is a threat to society.

I ask that there be justice for the brutal and senseless massacre of these three innocent creatures. These alpacas were responsive and sensitive beings, feeling every moment of pain that being bludgeoned to death delivers. Respectfully, I request that this case stay on the forefront until the person or party responsible is found, arrested, and punished to the fullest extent of the law.

    • I agree, they should be dead then there will be JUSTICE FOR ANIMALS and that will be some abusers dead that cannot harm any more creatures. A red Hot Poker where the sun doesn’t shine. Let them suffer then lob into the sea

  2. I would also like to burn this whole pack of animals abusers and torment a lot more to death. It is no longer enduring like these poor animals must suffer. These are all feeling cripples of these monstermen.
They should be extinguished. So much exorbitant brutality and absolute cruelty is no longer to be surpassed.

    Cowardly human scum

  3. Animal welfare laws are PATHETIC. We need much stronger laws and much harsher punishment to help deter animal abuse.
