Wicked wicked evil monster,to do that to that poor dog and her puppies, is beyond comprehension, she has a depraved heart with no compassion or conscience. How that dog suffered chained with no food or warmth, and couldn’t get access to her puppies is shocking. I would like to chain that woman and leave her in sub zero temperatures, without food, warmth or shelter, it’s the only way to treat these sub-humans. An eye for an eye.
