Punish Man Accused of Assassinating Dogs in Their Own Yard

Target: R. Seth Banks, District Attorney for Madison County, North Carolina

Goal: Demand that the man who allegedly shot and killed two dogs receive the maximum penalty by law.

Two dogs suffered and died when they were allegedly shot to death. The suspect stated that the dogs charged at him when he visited their property unannounced and that he’d previously been bitten by the dogs. Demand justice for these poor dogs.

“I heard a loud crack like a firecracker. I see Sirius about four feet away from the man, on the embankment, screaming and bleeding,” stated Carrie Jones, the owner of one of the dogs. Sirius, a black mountain cur/Australian shepherd, was reportedly the first dog to approach Marc Stuetzel, Jones’ neighbor, after he entered the property. Per Jones, Ringo, a red Staffordshire terrier, stood only two feet ahead of her when he was shot in his left forearm while turning away from Stuetzel. Stuetzel apparently planned to confront Jones about the dogs because animal control was unable to investigate his claims about his past interactions with them immediately.

Both Sirius and Ringo died in the car on the way to the veterinarian. Stuetzel has been charged with animal cruelty and has bonded out of jail. Sign below and demand that Stuetzel receive the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Banks,

Two dogs died when they were allegedly shot by a neighbor. Per police, the neighbor expressed a strong dislike for pit bulls and claimed that the dogs had been aggressive towards him and his family. We demand justice for these dogs.

Police charged Marc Stuetzel with animal cruelty after he allegedly shot two dogs to death. Sirius, a black mountain cur/Australian shepherd, reportedly approached Stuetzel after he entered the property and was immediately shot. A witness testified that the red Staffordshire terrier, named Ringo, took a bullet to his left forearm after turning away from Stuetzel. Ringo’s owner reportedly stood only two feet behind Ringo when he was shot. Both dogs died on the way to the veterinarian. Stuetzel bonded out of jail.

This horrific abuse must be punished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

  1. Shoot this piece of shite scumbag MOFO!!!!!! See how he likes it!

  2. Simon Rimmer says:

Animal cruelty must become a death penalty crime!!

  3. I am getting sick and tired of reading about these subhuman shit-bags out there abusing animals and not being thoroughly punished for it. If the law doesn’t crack down on them, then the law is just as guilty as they for tolerating their crimes. There is something seriously wrong with any country that does nothing about those who do horrible things to animals. I think it’s their hatred of nature since they have turned their backs on their roots in nature. Curse the sight of them, including animal killer Trump and his cadre of garbage-spewing monsters.

Punish this bastard! Justice for dogs!!

  5. Kathy Khoshfahm says:

Seth: This is murder in the first of the Animal Kingdom and Marc Stuetzel needs to spend some time behind bars. He is a dangerous POS who needs to be removed from the gene pool…

  6. Shoot that fucken bastard leave him to die slow.

Sadism, cruelty, heartlessness, preying on the helpless is a choice, actions that deserves severe consequences: death via the same manner.

Past time justice stops coddling sadists/criminals; WE CULL our species of the scum, monsters who prey on the innocent, helpless. By not doing so you’re advocating the atrocities, which will continue, increase as shown.

It takes ethics, honor, courage to do the right thing which sometimes is a difficult decision. The death penalty for murderers, sadists, pedophiles, human traffickers, dog fighters, animal abusers, poachers, etc. needs to be enforced in a timely manner, NO appeals.

Leave your animal in inclement weather: first, educate; next all responsible need to experience the same conditions, situation possible x10. Amazing how quickly one’s beliefs, perspectives change knowing how it feels.

  8. If some sub-human POS EVER even looks like he’s going to harm my baby, he will regret it for the rest of his life! I will beat him unmercifully to the extent he will carry the scars (mental and physical) for the rest of his miserable life as a reminder that dogs ARE mans best friend. I’m so pissed right now, I want to find him and deliver justice for those two beautiful animals!

  9. Put this POS tied to a pole and release several dogs and let them go after him. I’m sorry for your death fur babies. I hope he burns in hell for doing this to you.

  10. He got a slap on the wrist, with 1 yr unsupervised probation even with having a prior charge of animal cruelty…there is no justice.
