PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Stedman,

A man reportedly threw his girlfriend’s dog against a wall in a shocking case of animal cruelty. The dog’s leg was severely broken in the alleged attack. We demand justice for this innocent dog.

Ephrata police charged Chad Lee Smucker with animal cruelty after he allegedly threw his girlfriend’s dog against a wall. The five-month-old Bernese Mountain/Labrador mix reportedly urinated on the bed while Smucker was lying in the bed, prompting the violent attack. Per police, the dog suffered a badly broken leg, and Smucker is facing only a misdemeanor charge.

The type of horrific abuse Smucker is accused of cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

THE LAW HAS A LOT TO ANSWER FOR!
Example one of many but this is recent! “Next Killer in Training.”- SMUCKER.
Texas Gunman – Kelley. His history reported for cruelty to his dog. Left dog tired up all day in the sun, no water and repeatedly bashed the dog in the head. Got a misdemeanour. That’s it and continued to bash dog. Convicted of assault of wife and Broke his stepson’s SKULL. All authorities knew about this.
The Law continues to fail us. The time to act is now. Next it could be your family member or friend. Then you will care.

  2. Demented, cruel bastrad!!! I hope the puppy is safe and got the medical care he need it and the girlfrien dumped that cruel bastard!!! to own a pet you need to be responsible, take them out on scheduled basis, dogs are so smart that they will learn and you get the time and responsability to teach them!!!

It’s a puppy! Maybe they could have dragged their lazy asses out of bed to take him out. And it was the girlfriend’s apartment, the girlfriend’s bed, so it was none of his business. I hope to heaven she is not getting this poor little soul back, but knowing how little the law cares about animals, she likely will. Little animals at the mercy of stuoid, ignorant, cruel trash.
