Justice for Pit Bull Mix Reportedly Abused Nearly to Death

Target: Jordan L. Williams, Assistant Prosecutor for Monmouth County, New Jersey

Goal: Demand that the man and woman who allegedly abused a dog nearly to death receive the maximum penalty under law.

A dog suffered and nearly died when she was allegedly abused and hidden away. The dog reportedly sustained numerous wounds throughout her body and was dehydrated and malnourished. Demand justice for this poor dog.

The Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals began investigating Andre P. Parker after receiving a tip that he was reportedly abusing his two-year-old dog. Though a search of Parker’s home initially turned up empty, investigators later discovered that Parker reportedly hid the seriously injured dog at Tara R. Robinson’s home. Destiny, a pit bull mix, was found hiding behind Robinson’s couch and reportedly suffered from dehydration, malnutrition, and several infected wounds. Her condition was so poor that she was issued a “Do No Resuscitate” order.

Miraculously, Destiny survived and made a full recovery with treatment. Parker was charged with three counts of third degree animal cruelty and related charges. Robinson was charged with two counts of third degree Animal Cruelty and related charges. Sign below and demand that Parker and Robinson receive the maximum penalty under law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Assistant Prosecutor Williams,

A dog in Monmouth County suffered tremendously when she was allegedly abused nearly to the point of death. The dog’s condition was so poor that she was issued a “Do Not Resuscitate” order by veterinarians. We demand justice for this innocent dog.

Destiny, a two-year-old pit bull mix, was reportedly so sick that she could not even lift her head or stand under her own power. Per officers, she suffered from dehydration, malnutrition, and numerous infected wounds. Andre P. Parker, Destiny’s owner, allegedly lied to police and stated that he had no knowledge of an injured dog. Tara R. Robinson reportedly hid Destiny while the officers searched Parker’s home. They have each been charged with animal cruelty and obstruction of justice.

This horrific abuse must be punished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

Can someone from Animal Petitions (or anyone who MAY know), please let me/us know if our comments are included with the petitions when they are sent? I hope they are, in order to show how frustrated people are with animal abusers continually getting away with these crimes. Thank you.
