A Poor Monkeys Life at Blue Reef Sea Life Centre.

Target: Blue Reef Sea Life Centre. Tynemouth. England. NE30,

My friend wrote, ‘Sea life centre what a disgrace! No fresh air and a small enclosure. It broke my heart’ after a visit to the Blue Reef Aquarium in Tynemouth. There should be an urgent call to action to review the atrocious living conditions of these poor monkeys. They house Common Marmosets, Black tailed Marmosets and Cotton Topped Tamarins. The Cotton-top Tamarin is classified as Critically Endangered in the Red List of Threatened Species as it says on their website yet their Cotton Top Tamarins are kept in a small enclosure without natural light and no fresh air. How is this acceptable for any mammal to live in such conditions? Please share this petition and hopefully we can make a difference to these precious animals lives. Thank you.
