Pit Bull Puppy Allegedly Beaten to Death Deserves Justice

Target: Dave Aronberg, State’s Attorney for Palm Beach County, Florida

Goal: Demand that the teen who allegedly beat his pit bull puppy to death receive the maximum penalty under law.

A 4-month-old pit bull puppy, named Tank, was reportedly beaten to death. Per veterinarian reports, the puppy died from blunt force trauma to the liver. The puppy’s owner stated that he did spank the puppy after it urinated on the floor, but that he had no idea how the puppy died. Demand justice for this innocent puppy.

Witnesses heard Tank’s desperate cries as 18-year-old Kevin Braganca allegedly beat him to death. Braganca’s former roommate told police that she’d noticed a broken wooden spoon that Braganca used to beat Tank. She also claimed that Braganca admitted to hitting Tank via a text message. Veterinarian reports stated that Tank died from blunt force trauma related to abuse.

Braganca was charged with animal cruelty and released on bond. Sign below and demand that Braganca receive the maximum penalty under law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear State’s Attorney Aronberg,

A 4-month-old puppy suffered and died after he was allegedly beaten by his owner. The puppy sustained blunt force trauma to his liver reportedly caused by abuse. We demand justice for this innocent puppy.

Tank was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the Animal Hospital of Boca Raton. X-rays reportedly showed numerous signs of physical abuse, including two broken teeth, bruising, and blood around his mouth. An employee at the hospital stated that Braganca was acting strangely and began using SnapChat filters to take pictures of Tank’s dead body.

This horrific cruelty cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

  1. All animal abusers must be severely punished! Hurting an animal is criminal and there is absolutely no excuse for doing that.
Kevin Braganca obviously has anger issues and lacks compassion. He is a danger to animals and all living beings.

  2. Maybe vigilantes should take action when these useless thugs are out on bond. The authorities need to get serious about animal abuse.
