Punish Man Who Threw Dog into Window in Fit of Rage

Target: Devon Anderson, Harris County District Attorney

Goal: Punish a man who allegedly threw a Chihuahua against a store window in an act of rage

Reports indicate that Larry McHale, a 46-year-old man from Houston, threw a Chihuahua at a Starbucks window in an act of rage. McHale was apparently frustrated at being denied entry to the Starbucks. The dog fortunately survived, but was severely injured and is in need of medical treatment.

McHale was banned from entering the Starbucks because of his alleged disruptive behaviors in the store a few months prior. On the day of the incident, witnesses say that McHale was yelling and throwing bottles in the Starbucks parking lot before he threw the dog at the store window. The Chihuahua, which has been named “Starbucks,” sustained a badly broken back leg and is in need of approximately $1000 worth of medical treatment. Volunteers are searching for the owner of the dog and the Frisky Paws Rescue is accepting donations for her medical treatment.

Animal cruelty is a serious problem in the world, and these animals need all the help they can get to receive justice for abuses they endure. Oftentimes, perpetrators of animal cruelty are repeat offenders and must be deterred from continuing their abuse towards animals. Larry McHale was charged with animal cruelty, and may be facing additional charges. Please sign the petition below to urge authorities to give Larry McHale a heavy sentence if convicted for throwing a helpless, small dog against a store window. Such deplorable acts are simply inexcusable.

Dear Mr. Anderson,

Animal cruelty is a serious problem in the United States, and oftentimes it is a recurring offense. What Larry McHale allegedly did to this helpless Chihuahua in an act of rage is appalling and disgusting, to say the least. Thankfully, the dog did survive, but next time, his victim might not be so lucky.

Please ensure that Larry McHale receives a heavy sentence if convicted of throwing the poor, helpless Chihuahua against a Starbucks window. Perpetrators of animal abuse must be punished accordingly to ensure that the animals receive justice for the abuses that they sustain, and to deter the offenders from repeating their abusive acts again in the future.

  3. faire du mal aux autres quelle lâcheté sans prendre a sois même et corrigé son état d enervement voila un commencement d équilibre et de courage.

  4. Michael Lynn says:

As much as I abhor these abusive acts and deeply hate to see oppression of any kind to the innocent and helpless, I am glad always to see here others who genuinely care for the safety and lives of creatures around the world and in their own homes. It is sad – this is the year 2014 for us – the past did not set an example for terror for those merciless abusers of our generation; and neither has this generation to those which may come hereafter. You can see clearly animal abuse is because justice isn’t.

  5. Caroline Burton says:

This coward needs more than the courts are allowed to give by way of punishment. I hope he doesn’t get to spend many more years on earth hurting defenseless beings!

  6. Cut its bollocks off. It is obviously a hormonal cowardly stain.
