Euthanized Dog Reportedly Living in Feces With Open Wounds Deserves Justice

Target: R. Michael Tantillo, District Attorney for Ontario County, New York

Goal: Demand the maximum penalty for the man who allegedly abused his dog and allowed him to live in filthy conditions with an untreated head wound.

A dog was reportedly abused and left to suffer with an untreated head wound. The dog’s eye protruded from its socket and he had to be euthanized to ease his pain. Demand justice for this innocent dog.

New York State police first met Zeus when they executed an unrelated search warrant in Christopher Duval’s home. Per reports, the emaciated pit bull was found lying in a small space on a feces-covered floor. Zeus suffered from an untreated head wound that caused his eye to protrude from its socket.

The Humane Society rescued Zeus, but had to euthanize him due to the extent of his injuries. Duval was charged with aggravated cruelty to an animal. He remains in jail without bail. Sign below and demand that Duval receive the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.

Dear District Attorney Tantillo,

A dog was allegedly starved, kept in his own filth, and suffered an untreated head wound. The dog had to be euthanized due to the extent of his injuries. We demand justice for this innocent dog.

Christopher Duval, Zeus’ alleged owner, was arrested after the unfortunate pit bull had to be euthanized. Zeus suffered a head wound so serious that it caused his eye to protrude from its socket. He was dangerously emaciated and suffered tremendously prior to being put down.

This horrific abuse cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.
