Target: Caroline A. Wojtaszek, District Attorney for Niagara County, New York

Goal: Demand the maximum penalty for the man who allegedly beat his puppy with an unknown object, causing the puppy to scream in pain.

A 7-month-old puppy suffered terribly after his owner allegedly beat him with an unknown object. A witness recorded the alleged beating and the puppy was heard screaming in pain. Demand justice for this innocent puppy.

“He was very happy to see me, but submissively urinated when I reached for him. Once we made friends, he was in my lap,” stated Niagara County SPCA Executive Director Amy Lewis. Spike, a Doberman Pinscher, was reportedly dragged up the stairs by the scruff of his neck and beaten with an unknown object. In the recording, Spike could be heard screaming and his owner could be heard yelling.

Jay Kenneth was arrested and charged with one count of felony animal cruelty. The SPCA took Spike into their custody. Sign below and demand that Kenneth receive the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Wojtaszek,

A puppy suffered terribly after he was reportedly beaten with an unknown object. Investigators reported that the puppy was weary of physical contact and afraid of his owner. Demand justice for this innocent puppy.

Though Spike had no apparent injuries, his suffering could be heard in his intense screams of pain. Witnesses reportedly saw Kenneth drag Spike into the house and then recorded the audio of the beating. When questioned by sheriffs, Kenneth reportedly had a dog bite on his hand.

This horrific abuse cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

Why are you calling this piece of shit a “man” he is anything but. I bet this coward wouldn’t have the nerve to try beat up another person, just a defenceless dog. SCUMBAG.

    • Gotta agree with you Catherine! That thing is NOT a man, it’s a coward period! Beating on a 7 month old puppy does not a man make. I’ll just bet that coward beats on people smaller than it too. Thats what prices of human waste cowards do. We do not need and/or want garbage like that in the general population of our world! Throw the coward in a maximum security prison for a long, long time! Before it does something like that to another living being!!

This revolting piece of garbage needs the same treatment he gave to his dog, and I’d love to watch him beaten within an inch of his life, then buried alive somewhere so remote that no one could hear him scream for help, then conveniently have amnesia when asked about his whereabouts, he’s a worthless piece of shit and our decent society doesn’t need ppl like that in it. I’m so grateful the puppy survived his ordeal and is safe from that vile bastard, because it’s scum like him that start with hurting animals, then when that doesn’t satisfy their sick mind, that’s when they they turn to beating and killing humans for their kicks, so he must be punished severely for this heinous crime. Poor little puppy bless his heart ❤

  6. disgusting garbage. Look at the dog’s poor face! If you know you have ill intent towards innocent animals don’t go near them. Tighter laws all the way, this has to end once and for all. So many people think they are entitled to everything and can get away with a lot of horrible trash. My family was on a walk with our elderly neighbors and their dogs and a drunk lady’s dog ran to their bigger dog and started sniffing his behind. She just stood up the hill and stared at him, and told her to “f— off b—-” when she said the dog should be on a leash. Revolting hicks everywhere. And back in the day, at least according to my parents, you could get slapped even for talking under your breath or interrupting an elder speaking to you. Shame where society is at now. Just because many seem to equate slapping people with child abuse doesn’t mean it’s impossible for other options to work. Glorifying these idiotic reality stars sent it rolling in the mud. Animals and people should be safe from vile scum and be more insistent with morale. Let me know if I can possibly adopt this sweetheart: bmalich@att.net.

  7. Selena Brooks says:

Vigilante justice needs to become the norm for animal abusers since we have none.

  8. Melanie Spell says:

Drag him up the steps by his neck and let him experience his own inhumane and cruel abuse!!! No excuse for this lousy piece of crap!!!

“JAY KENNETH” DESERVES NOTHING LESS THAN WHAT HE DID TO PRECIOUS LITTLE SPIKE!!!

  9. Tracy Joseph says:

I’m signing so many of these type of animal abuse cases, only to find out that the person is let off the hook. Why? I don’t believe in vigilantes but these people simple get away with it…It is totally unacceptable.
