Dear District Attorney Cornwell,
A Chihuahua died after it was allegedly stomped on repeatedly. Deputies reportedly found its body in a nearby creek. We demand justice for this innocent dog.
Broome County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a mobile home after they received a report of a burglary. What they found when they arrived was devastating. A pool of blood was reportedly all that remained of the property owner’s dog. Per deputies, the owner’s nephew stomped on the dog with his foot until the dog died and then disposed of its body.
This horrific crime cannot go unpunished. We demand the maximum penalty in this case.
