Punish Woman Who Allegedly Ran Illegal Pet Shop and Abused Dogs

Target: Meagan Maloney, District Attorney for Somerset County, Maine

Goal: Demand the maximum penalty for the woman who allegedly bred and sold puppies illegally and abused the neglected adult dogs.

Seven pit bull puppies and four adult dogs were reportedly abused and neglected in the home of an unlicensed breeder. The woman reportedly ran an illegal pet shop from her home and falsified veterinary and vaccination records for the dogs. Demand justice for these innocent dogs.

Maine’s Animal Welfare Department began investigating Nicole Bizier after they received reports of a dog that had been muzzled for a long period of time. When they arrived at the home, they found seven pit bull puppies living in deplorable conditions. Three of the puppies were reportedly found in a litter box in a closet. The other four were reportedly kept in a bathtub with a urine-soaked blanket and a bowl of cat food. The dog that the puppies nursed from was reportedly malnourished.

Bizier has been charged with animal cruelty, tampering with public records or information, and falsifying private records. The dogs were removed from the home and are recovering. Sign below and demand that Bizier receive the maximum penalty by law, if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Maloney,

Four adult dogs and seven puppies were reportedly found living in deplorable conditions. They reportedly sustained abuse and neglect by their unlicensed breeder. Demand justice for these innocent dogs.

A pit bull suffered severe tissue damage to its mouth after it was reportedly forced to wear a muzzle for a long period of time. The pit bull was one of four dogs allegedly bred in the home of an unlicensed breeder. The puppies reportedly lived in unsanitary conditions and none of the dogs received veterinary care or vaccinations.

This alleged abuse cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

[Your Name Here]

IT’S ABOUT TIME THESE PEOPLE WERE STOPPED. MAKING MONEY OFF ABUSED ANIMALS SHOWS NOTHING MORE THAN GREED. DO NOT CONDONE THE ABUSE OF THESE ANIMALS. THIS HUMAN SHOULD NEVER OWN ANIMALS AGAIN. SHE IS LOOKING FOR MONEY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS. WHY, IN THIS DAY AND AGE DOES THIS KIND OF ABUSE CONTINUE. NO MORE ANIMALS FOR THIS HUMAN EVER AGAIN.

  2. Make sure this human responsible is punished to the max! Plus it needs a “taste of it own medicine” just for good measure!

  3. tera tukey says:

Stop this woman from breeding animals..plenty of homeless dogs in shelters to adopt….probably breeding for dog fights and bait dogs.people do not buy dogs from breeders…only then this will stop.

  4. Why would you call this thing responsible for the suffering of these poor animals a woman? It’s a lousy money hungry lazy ass coward. It abuses animals. Anything that is so cold and callous to hurt newborn puppies is a lowlife coward. Throw the book at the bitch! Fine her thousands of dollars and give her a long prison sentence. Lame animal cruelty sentences are the reason a lot of these assholes keep doing what they do – hurting OUR animals!!!!
