Punish Man Accused of Beating Dog to Death With Baseball Bat

Target: Steve Kunzweiler, District Attorney for Tulsa County, Oklahoma

Goal: Demand maximum penalty for man accused of running over dog over with car and then beating it to death with a baseball bat.

A dog died after a man reportedly beat it with a baseball bat and ran it over with his car. The attack was reportedly in response to the dog killing the man’s cat. Demand that this man be vigorously prosecuted and harshly punished, if found guilty.

The dog was already dead when Tulsa police arrived on the scene. There they reportedly found Darren White, a 36-year-old Tulsa resident, digging a hole to bury his cat. White reportedly claimed that the dog had killed his cat and that the dog had “learned what a baseball bat was.” Witnesses reported that they saw White beating the dog with a baseball bat and running it over with his car.

White was arrested and is facing one charge of animal cruelty. However, he has already posted the $2,000 bail and is currently walking free. Sign below and demand that White be vigorously prosecuted and sentenced to the maximum penalty if convicted.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear District Attorney Kunzweiler,

A man reportedly killed a dog after the dog attacked his cat. The man allegedly admitted to the crime, stating that he was avenging his cat’s death. We demand justice for this innocent dog.

Witnesses reportedly watched in horror as Darren White beat a dog to death with a baseball bat. He also reportedly ran the dog over with his car. Police didn’t arrive quickly enough to save the poor dog. Though the dog was wearing a collar, police have not been able to locate its owner.

This horrific abuse cannot go unpunished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.

Sincerely,

These HORRIFIC crimes against innocent animals need to have stronger penalties!!! Maybe an eye for an eye?? If it were me, I’d get use out of a baseball bat against this MONSTER!!! I Hope he burns in Hell!!

I echo your views Cyndi. If anyone harmed any of my animals I’d give them the harshest retribution, I can assure you. The law is an ass, that protects assholes as far as I am concerned. There are far too many animal abusers out there that are let off with paltry fines that in no way reflect the heinous nature of their crimes. What should concern the authorities is that animal abusers often go on to abuse adults and children as well. Animal crimes should be a warning light to authorities of what could possibly happen later.

Why the hell does there have to be a petition to sign, the piece of crap should already be prosecuted. Hope he gets beat with a bat.

  4. Why didn’t the onlookers help the dog by preventing the man killing the dog. Don’t just look, take action people.
