Justice for 100 Animals Found in Squalid Conditions Without Adequate Food and Water

Pig Nick Saltmarsh

Target: Michael Chapman, Loudoun County, Virginia Sheriff

Goal: Punish woman for allegedly neglecting over 100 animals that were found in squalid conditions.

Police in Virginia recently arrested a woman on over 100 counts of animals cruelty and neglect. More than 100 animals, including ducks, pigs, and dogs were reportedly found on her property, living in squalid conditions. This is, as you could expect, the largest animal cruelty case the county has faced in decades.

The animals were reportedly not receiving adequate food, nor were they living in safe conditions. This is an enormous disrespect to the animals as well as those who work hard to keep pets and wildlife safe. The crimes allegedly committed by this woman are horrendous, and she needs to be held accountable.

Currently, the perpetrator is out on bail, but is facing possible jail time as well as thousands of dollars in fines. Sign this petition to ensure that this woman is punished for her alleged crimes, and that this sort of mass neglect will never happen again.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear Officer Chapman,

There is an epidemic of animal cruelty cases sweeping the country, and now it has moved into your community and hurt over 100 sentient animals. This crime is horrific and the person responsible needs to be punished.

Over 100 pigs, ducks, dogs and other animals were found living in squalor, without enough to eat and in overall poor conditions. Use your power as county sheriff to ensure the suspect is held accountable for all the pain she has allegedly caused these animals.

This is the largest case your county has faced in a long time, make sure you never have to face another like it.

Sincerely,

She needs to be in jail! These animals did not deserve this…. if she is not punished for her crimes and made to think about what she’s done, she will probably do it again.
