Target: Rosemary Lehmberg, Travis County, Texas District Attorney
Goal: Demand the maximum penalty for the dog trainer who allegedly held a dog up by its leash until it defecated.
An Austin dog trainer has been charged with animal cruelty after witnesses reportedly saw her lift a dog off of the ground by its leash. A warrant is out for her arrest. Demand justice for this innocent dog.
Witnesses looked on as Lynn Adams, a dog trainer, reportedly lifted a dog 8 to 12 inches off of the ground by its leash and held it there for at least five seconds. The dog was reportedly wearing a metal pinch collar at the time. Witnesses also stated that the dog defecated while hanging in the air. Per veterinary reports, dogs defecate in this manner when they fear for their life or are experiencing asphyxiation.
This is just one of several complaints against Adams, who calls herself the “Dog Whisperer.” Adams is not currently in custody. Sign below to demand the maximum penalty in this case.
Dear District Attorney Lehmberg,
A warrant is out for a dog trainer who allegedly lifted a dog up by its leash and held it there until it defecated. She has been charged with animal cruelty. Demand justice for this innocent dog.
This isn’t the first complaint against Lynn Adams. A witness placed a 911 call after she allegedly watched Adams pick up a small gray poodle and slam it on the ground repeatedly. The witness stated that the dog appeared to be in distress and yelped continually.
Adams is not currently in custody. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.
