Target: Marco Bizzarri, CEO of Gucci
Goal: Stop Gucci from using fur in its products.
Despite knowing the horrors that happen within the fur industry, the major high fashion company, Gucci, continues to use fur in many of its products. Fur comes from the bodies of tortured animals and it is time to stop supporting this cruel industry.
Animals on fur farms are typically held in small, dirty cages where they have limited access to food and clean water. After a short, sad life filled with fear and pain, these animals are killed in whatever way is most convenient. Common ways are anal electrocution, strangulation, neck breaking and suffocation.
Sign this petition and demand Gucci stop using fur in its products. No animal should die for a piece of clothing.
Dear Mr. Bizzarri,
Your brand continues to use fur in many of its products despite knowing that fur comes from the bodies of tortured animals. It is time to stop supporting this cruel industry and use the many cruelty-free alternatives that are now available.
Animals trapped on fur farms live short, miserable lives. They are often confined in small, dirty cages where they have limited access to food and water. These animals can feel and experience fear and pain just like me and you, and unfortunately their lives are filled with both. The animals are crudely killed in whatever way is most convenient; Typical ways include suffocation, strangulation, neck breaking and anal electrocution.
Please consider no longer using fur in your products, but instead some of the many cruelty-free alternatives available. No animal should be tortured and killed for an article of clothing.
