Target: Kerry B. Harvey, U.S. Attorney

Goal: Demand the maximum penalty for the person who allegedly shot a dog with a bow and arrow, leading to his death.

A dog was found dead on the side of a Kentucky highway, an arrow lodged in his back. The dog had reportedly gone missing just days earlier. Demand justice for this innocent dog.

“It just takes someone that’s mad or thinks it’s a joke to do something like this. It’s not a joke,” Farrell Allen stated. His dog, Scruffy, was shot in the back with an arrow and found dead on a local highway. Scruffy was an outdoor dog and reportedly roamed around the neighborhood. His family and neighbors agreed that he was a friendly dog who loved everybody.

The person responsible is still at large. Local non-profit “Justice for Abused Animals” has offered a $200 reward for any information on the case. Sign below and demand the maximum penalty for the person responsible for this crime.

PETITION LETTER:

Dear U.S. Attorney Harvey,

A family dog was found dead by the side of a Kentucky highway, an arrow lodged in his back. The person responsible is still at large. We demand justice for this innocent dog.

“It’s just sad. I mean, it’s pathetic. I mean, why stoop that low to do something to someone else’s dog,” neighbor Mike Sitter stated. Scruffy, an outdoor dog, joined his family shortly after their previous dog was killed. He made an impression not only on his family, but also on all of the surrounding neighbors.

Local nonprofit “Justice for Abused Animals” has taken on Scruffy’s case and hopes to find the person responsible for this cruel attack. We urge you to do whatever you can to locate Scruffy’s killer and seek the maximum penalty in this case if the accused is found guilty.

Sincerely,

idiots should not be not allowed to keep animals in backyards

  2. ES MUY FÁCIL SABER SI EL ACUSADO ES CULPABLE, ES SÓLO CUESTIÓN DE NO MANIPULAR LAS LEYES A SU FAVOR. NO SE DEBE TENER NINGUNA CONSIDERACIÓN SI ES UN ENFERMO MENTAL.TODO CRIMINAL ES UN ENFERMO MENTAL Y NO PODEMOS TOLERAR LA LIBERTAD DE ESTOS ENFERMOS. PRIMERO NO SE DEBEN TENER LOS ANIMALES AFUERA, NO SON DECORATIVOS DE JARDÍN, SON MIEMBROS DE UNA FAMILIA. Y DE VERDAD ESTA GENTE QUE ASESINA ANIMALES ES UN ASESINO POTENCIAL EN SERIE DE SERES HUMANOS. ESTO GENERA AÚN MÁS VIOLENCIA E INSEGURIDAD EN LAS SOCIEDADES. ES IMPORTANTE DECIR QUE LA CACERÍA, LOS FESTIVALES DONDE HAY CRUELDAD ANIMAL, LAS PELEAS DE PERROS, GALLOS Y EL FESTIVAL DE TOROS; ASÍ COMO LA CRUELDAD DE LAS GRANDES GRANJAS INDUSTRIALES Y OTRAS CRUELDADES BRUTALES, GENERAN ESTA VIOLENCIA SOCIAL Y ESTOS CRÍMENES. SI LAS LEYES NO SON DETERMINANTES, ENTONCES EL CRIMEN SE IRÁ EXPANDIENDO COMO EL CÁNCER.

Poor Scruffy was not treated well by his owners re them letting him roam around the neighbourhood.People should not have pets if they are not prepared to treat them well and this includes them living in the house with a fully fenced secure yard.As for the bastard who murdered lovely Scruffy,I am ready, willing and able to help implement the required death penalty!
