Justice For Cats Found Frozen to Death

Target: New York City Police Chief Carlos M. Gomez

Goal: Demand justice for cats who were allegedly placed in a freezer and left to die.

The frozen corpses of 40 cats were reportedly discovered in the freezer of a Queens storage unit believed to be owned by a woman who abandoned it some time ago. The unit was bought by a local man for $150 at an auction, whereupon he discovered the dead cats frozen together. A necropsy is currently being performed to determine the cause of death.

Alicia Kosmaczewska, the alleged former owner of the storage unit, is under suspicion for reportedly having left the cats in that freezer. It is rumored that she has gone back to her native country of Poland, which is not good news if the authorities are to uncover the truth and if she is found guilty of this horrendous animal abuse, see to it that she faces justice.

These cats did not deserve to die such a gruesome death. This woman may have very well been a hoarder, keeping this many cats for the sake of it and freezing them to death when she realized she could not take them with her. Her reasons have yet to be known, and the authorities are still searching for her. One thing is clear, however: These cats need not have died in vain. It may be too late to save them, but it is not too late to find out the truth and see their former owner face justice should she be found guilty. Sign this petition to demand Kosmaczewska be taken in for questioning and put on trial as soon as she is found.

Dear Chief Gomez,

The alleged owner of 40 cats found dead in a freezer has left the city before she can be questioned. Her storage unit was sold to a man who found the cats, and a necropsy is currently being performed. The full circumstances behind the gruesome discovery have yet to fully be uncovered.

Alicia Kosmaczewska, the former owner, has been suspected of locking her cats in the freezer, but authorities have yet to locate her. When they do, please take her in for immediate questioning and put her on trial to determine the truth of the matter. If she is indeed guilty, she must be punished for her cruel actions. The deaths of those poor cats need not be in vain. Hopefully, word will spread to prevent any other cats from being subjected to such a cruel death in the future.

  2. Janice Meyer says:

This is now considered top level felony abuse according to the new laws issued by the FBI. This woman must be found and imprisoned for this such an egregious act on innocent kittens. They are sentient beings with emotions and feelings similar to humans. They depend on humans for their well being, food, health, and love. They cannot speak for themselves so for a human to abuse their trust because they can, is cold, mean with no compassion. She should spend at least 10 or more years in prison to keep her from inflicting any more abuse on animals, and who knows if she will do it to humans as well. She must not be allowed to have or own any animals for the rest of her life.

She can run but she can’t hide. She is a danger to society and she will commit the same crime wherever she goes therefore SHE MUST BE STOPPED. Please hunt Alicia Kosmaczewska down and give her the max punishment! Poor cats, RIP.

  6. This is absolutely terrible and gross that someone would do such a thing..
