Target: Dennis Hogan, Hillsborough County Attorney
Goal: Ban dog owner who allegedly kept 30 dogs in deplorable conditions, causing them to become seriously ill, from owning animals in the future.
More than 30 dogs, mostly pit bulls, pit bull mixes, and Rottweiler puppies, were reportedly forced to endure a life of horrific conditions inside of a single home. Police say they rescued 18 of them, many of which were sick and required immediate veterinarian care, and one had to be euthanized. Authorities have said that 15 of the dogs are still unaccounted for, but they keep turning up abandoned in nearby towns.
Lt. Anne Perriello said the conditions were “disgusting with feces everywhere, including on top of the DVD player.” The bathroom door had reportedly been torn apart by the poor dogs who were trying to get out after the owner left them locked inside.
These innocent dogs and puppies suffered endlessly inside that urine and feces-covered home. It’s up to us to protect innocent animals from people like this. Please sign this petition to demand that the dogs’ owner, Kevin Rocheville, be permanently banned from owning animals.
Dear Mr. Hogan,
More than 30 dogs were found in disgusting conditions, one of which had to be euthanized while the others required immediate medical treatment. Police say that over a dozen of the poor dogs that could not be accounted for have now been abandoned and are showing up in nearby towns.
These innocent animals were forced to live in their own feces and urine and now many are stuck on the streets where they could end up dead. We urge you to see to it that the owner of these poor dogs, Kevin Rocheville, is banned from owning animals in the future.
