Target: Abelino Reyna, McLennan County District Attorney
Goal: Demand the maximum penalty for the teen who reportedly shot a dead dog and shoved firecrackers into her body.
A shocking Snapchat video showed a Texas teen shooting a dog multiple times and shoving firecrackers into her body. The dog reportedly died before the video was made. Demand justice for this innocent dog.
The teen reportedly watched as Ellie, the dead dog, burned from the inside out. Ellie went missing about a week prior to the incident, her owner claims. He only identified her by her mismatched eyes, one blue and one brown. The graphic video was released on Facebook in order to shame the teen after a concerned internet user found it on Snapchat. It had received more than 2 million views.
The McLennan County Sheriff’s Department reports that the incident took place near China Springs. They are currently investigating. Demand the maximum penalty in this case.
Dear District Attorney Reyna,
A Snapchat video, showing a teen shooting a dead dog and shoving firecrackers into her body, has gone viral. The teen reportedly described the abuse as ‘awesome’ and found it funny. We demand justice for this innocent dog.
Serena Kristiana Teakell reportedly stated in her Facebook post, “At the very least, he will be shamed publicly and at the very least, everyone will be aware of his deep seeded psychological issues.” She allegedly found the graphic cell phone video on Snapchat. It is unclear how or when the dog died.
Anyone who could treat a dog, alive or dead, with such ferocity must be punished. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.
