Target: Robert P. McCulloch, St Louis County Prosecuting Attorney
Goal: Seek the most severe penalty possible for man who allegedly attacked a black man and his dog.
An African American man and his dog were reportedly injured in a vicious attack spurred by racism and hatred. The alleged attacker, 23-year-old Ibrahim Secic, reportedly yelled racial slurs and demanded that the victim get off “his street.” Then he allegedly charged at the victim and his dogs, punching one of the animals in the face and the victim in the head. Police say that they had to use a stun gun just to subdue the violent suspect who refused to put his hands behind his back. Secic has been charged with a hate crime and may face animal cruelty and resisting arrest charges as well.
This racist, violent person is a serious danger to society. Anybody who randomly attacks a person and their animals out of pure hatred should be behind bars so they can’t hurt others. This man’s alleged deplorable behavior caused two innocent creatures unnecessary suffering. Please add your signature to the petition below to demand that animal cruelty be added to Secic’s charges and that he receive the most severe penalty the law will allow.

This innocent man and his dogs deserve justice and protection from this despicable, hateful person. Please help protect them and others from becoming victims by ensuring that the alleged attacker receives the maximum punishment.
