Justice for Dog Allegedly Held at Ransom, Then Brutally Thrown Over Fence

Target: Eric Pederson, Mascotte Police Chief

Goal: Push for the maximum sentence against woman who allegedly held a little girl’s dog at ransom before brutally throwing it.

A woman allegedly held a 9-year-old child’s dog for ransom money, then, according to witnesses, threw the poor animal over a fence “like garbage.” Police say that the dog, named Lucy, had been missing for three days when the young owner spotted her at a woman’s home. The 57-year-old alleged dog-napper demanded $20 from the child, who a neighbor says was heartbroken because she didn’t have the money to get her beloved pet back.

Victoria Fernandez, who has been charged with animal cruelty, became agitated and aggressive and threw the poor dog over a fence, police say. This is a sickeningly cruel way to treat a child and an animal. It seems that this woman has no regard for the lives of animals or the feelings of children. Please add your signature to the petition below to demand that justice is served on behalf of the poor dog and child who endured this cruelty.

Dear Chief Pederson,

A dog was reportedly taken and held for ransom by a woman demanding money from the 9-year-old owner. A witness says the poor little girl was crying because she didn’t have the money to get her pet back. When police arrived, they say the woman became aggressive and threw the dog over a fence.

This woman deserves to reap the maximum penalties for her cruel crimes against two innocent beings. Please help see to it that justice is served for the little girl and her dog.

  1. Sydney Myers says:

Is it just me, or is that so-called woman a member of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre Family ?!?!?! Seriously, take another look at her face (if you can even call that a face). Hey, if I looked like her, I’d be angry too …. but that doesn’t excuse torturing a helpless animal and scarring a young child for life. This MONSTER should be in prison. Oh, but don’t let her walk in on her own; rather, throw her ugly face over the fence !!!!!!!

  2. Kelly Walker says:

I’d like to throw her ass over a fence so she can see how it feels and then let her sit in jail for a long time.

  3. I seriously think we need to take a moment to realise something . . . What would you and your neighbours do if someone kidnapped a 9 year old girls dog and she couldn’t pay the $20 ransom?

    • Maria Mahyorova says:

I live in Russia. It’s legal here if you go and take the dog yourself (if your intention is to return it to the owner), and, if the thief doesn’t let you, you can use force.

  4. This criminal must cut her hands, and she should not own any animals,Animals much better than her ugly face

  6. Richard Hofman Richard Hofman says:

She is so ugly as that she did so ugly to the poor animal!
From such scary face I would expect anything like that…

  7. Donna Lenhart says:

Please someone rid the planet of this vile filth.

  8. IF SENTENCES ARE LENIENT, THEY’RE TELLING OF NOT TAKING CRIMES AGAINST ANIMALS SERIOUSLY — she JUST MAY DO IT AGAIN — we do NOT want repeats of abuse to animals. — I repeat, we do NOT want repeats of such horrors against our animals — this animal abuser needs help — clearly, mental issues are at play here — a rubber room is in order.
