Justice for Puppy and Owner Allegedly Shot by Neighbor

Target: Joel Fitzgerald, Police Chief of Fort Worth, Texas

Goal: Severely punish man who allegedly shot a puppy and his owner.

A puppy and his owner were shot with a pellet gun by a neighbor, according to reports. Witnesses say that the neighbors had been arguing when one of them fired a pellet gun and shot the puppy. The owner, in an attempt to take up for his puppy, confronted the man and that’s when he was shot too. The victim, Herman Scipio, was injured badly enough that he had to undergo surgery while his poor puppy was taken to a veterinarian. Both victims are expected to be okay.

This blatant example of violence and animal cruelty must not be tolerated. There’s no excuse for resorting to violence of this sort, especially against an innocent puppy. The victims could’ve sustained permanent injuries or death all because of a human’s violent, uncontrollable temper. Please add your signature to this petition to demand that the puppy and his owner be given the justice they deserve, and their shooter be given the most severe penalty possible.

Dear Chief Fitzgerald,

An innocent puppy was allegedly shot with a pellet gun by an angry neighbor who turned his rage on the owner and shot him too. The victim required surgery for his injuries, and the puppy had to receive veterinary care.

This senseless violence caused two living beings to suffer, and it could’ve been worse. We urge you to help bring this innocent puppy and the owner justice by seeing to it that the cruel person who did this is severely punished.

Too bad the “owner” didn’t have a weapon at hand to protect himself as his life was actually put in danger – which could have then been correctly construed as self defense – but then I’m sure our justice system would have found some way to charge him with unjustifiable deadly force and thus thrown in prison – – –

    • Rosslyn Osborne says:

Gene, I am glad the owner didn’t abase himself to his neighbours level. He defended his puppy life and cost him to be shot and injured. Stooping or resorting to shoot back would have caused far more trouble for the owner. He needed veterinary help for his dog and himself, not being arrested, charged and jail, with the dog going to a shelter.
I sincerely hope that this neighbour will be charged with animal cruelty and attempted murder, causing grievous bodily harm, and fined, have his gun licence revoked, placed on the animal cruelty register, made to seek counselling for anger management, and finally have to pay all associated medical bills for both dog and the owner.

arrest, condemn and punish for attempted murder of the two.

Karma plus a 1 way ticket to Hell to the lowlife scumbag asshole piece of trash responsible for the heinous horrific intentional cruelty to both an innocent puppy and it’s owner!!
