Arkansans United Against Puppy Mills

Target: All animal lovers and animal activists,

We need to get at least 100 signatures to present to the 2017 legislature to abolish the practice of puppy mills. All those who choose to breed their dogs and sell puppies should pay the state a fee of not less than $500 which will be used to train and facilitate the use of at least 5 shelter inspectors to insure that animal shelters are taking good care of animals under their charge. Along with these inspectors would be a supervisor who could be called in an emergency situation. As of now, all one can do is call the sheriff of your county who normally turns his back on animal abuse in shelters or elsewhere.
