Six puppies were abducted from a barn in Newark, leading to the death of at least three. Kendall County police found the three puppies dead outside of a local Target store. One was found alive and the others are still missing. Demand the maximum penalty in this case.
“There was absolutely no sound,” states Cindy Benson. She noticed that the not-yet 7-week-old Black Mouth Cur puppies were missing from her barn when she arrived for their feeding. She then discovered a social media post selling puppies resembling her missing Black Mouth Curs. This led to the discovery of the four puppies, three of them dead.
Kendall County police are pursing a person of interest, but have yet to file charges. They continue to search for the remaining two puppies. Sign below and demand the maximum penalty in this case.
Dear State’s Attorney Weis,
Three puppies were found dead after they were abducted from their home. Two more are still missing. We demand that you seek the maximum penalty in this case.
The Kendall County Sheriff’s Department found the Black Mouth Cur puppies outside of a local Target store. Three of them died of unreported causes. Two more remain unaccounted for. The puppies were reportedly abducted with the intention of sale.
With two puppies still in danger, it is imperative that the person responsible be identified and punished to the maximum degree.
