Goal: Find and severely punish whoever is responsible for covering dogs in hot tar.
Four puppies were found covered in hot tar. The dogs were said to be in critical condition and were taken to a veterinarian for treatment. Images, released through the media, show the poor dogs lying helplessly on the ground as the hot sun beats down on them.
Animal activists believe this is a case of sick animal torture because it is the second time puppies have been found covered in tar. In the first case, the veterinarian said that one of the puppies had tar inside of his nose, mouth, and eyes.
Please add your signature to this petition demanding that the authorities use all resources necessary to find the monster, or monsters, responsible for torturing these puppy dogs and bring them to justice.

Remember the days of tar and feathering? Well, let’s skip the feathering, of course, but I’m all for tarring the f**ktards who did this. Truly, a taste of their own medicine would be very appropriate here. Why should these humans, and I use that term very loosely, be treated any different than these helpless, little animals that did nothing to no one?

tar and feathers , the tar used in places such as Northern Ireland in tar and feather punishment was bitchumen paint, its a kind of paint that goes on cold and sets. The times when they used hot tar was the middle ages when it was used to kill. This is just barbaric. they need to make the people who did this drink diluted bitumen then warm them slowly with a road makers blow torch.
Whomever did this to these innocent beings should have the same thing happen to them!! But without relief…let them rot till they boil and die!! I don’t know what animal abuse/TORTURE laws ARE…i.e. What charge and then PUNISHMENT is assigned to acts such as THIS!!!
