Goal: Find and severely punish whoever is responsible for covering dogs in hot tar.
Four puppies were found covered in hot tar. The dogs were said to be in critical condition and were taken to a veterinarian for treatment. Images, released through the media, show the poor dogs lying helplessly on the ground as the hot sun beats down on them.
Animal activists believe this is a case of sick animal torture because it is the second time puppies have been found covered in tar. In the first case, the veterinarian said that one of the puppies had tar inside of his nose, mouth, and eyes.
Please add your signature to this petition demanding that the authorities use all resources necessary to find the monster, or monsters, responsible for torturing these puppy dogs and bring them to justice.

The evil acts being committed against innocent animals in your area must stop. We demand that you do everything in your power to find whoever is tormenting these dogs and ensure that they receive the most severe penalty possible.

Romanians are showing themselves to be some of the most uneducated, inhumane and evil individuals in existence. Only so many people have access to tar and litters of puppies. Someone needs to recognize these puppies and put 2 and 2 together. Someone needs to find this evil sick fucking monster. Skip jailtime as punishment! They need kharma! I think we should dip these jerks into hot boiling tar, just like they did to these poor puppies, and then stick them to the floor of an old shack, hand them a rusty butter knife and set the place on fire…they can either cut off their own flesh to escape or burn to death…..either way…kharma will put an end to their barbaric animal abusive behavior…..yes…I hate people who harm animals! There needs to be more than one target of this petition. The entire Romanian government should be sent a firm but respectful letter imploring more time and resources being put into this investigation and in turn seeking the harshest possible punishment if the perpetrator(s) is(are) caught.
