Justice For Eleven Dogs Who Died in Deplorable Conditions

Target: Michael Hestrin, Riverside County District Attorney

Goal: Demand the maximum penalty for the person who starved and neglected over forty pit bulls.

Eleven pit bulls were found dead in a small, dilapidated home. Over 30 more dogs were found on the property, emaciated and in poor health. Demand justice for these innocent dogs.

It was the gut-wrenching odor that brought Riverside County sheriff’s deputies to the home. There they found over 40 pit bulls crammed into the small space, eleven of them dead. The dogs lived in their own feces and some were so malnourished that they could not walk on their own.

Investigators are still searching for the owner of the home, but suspect that this may have been the location of a backyard breeder. The dogs are receiving medical care at The San Jacinto Valley Animal Campus. Sign below and demand the maximum penalty in this case.

Dear District Attorney Hestrin,

Eleven dogs died in a home filled with trash and feces. Over thirty more were severely neglected. We demand the maximum penalty in this case.

Some of the dogs lived in makeshift crates, while others roamed throughout the squalor. Their spines and ribs showed through their skin and they all appeared to be in poor health.

Neglect of this magnitude cannot go unpunished. We demand that you take a stand against backyard breeders and seek the maximum penalty in this case.

  1. This is why humans should not support the domestic animal trade. Anyone who bought a puppy from this sick moron supported his disgusting crimes.punish this asshat to the fullest extent of the law. And remember now at election time please remember how important it is to google the persons you are going to vote for for any office. Just google the name and their record on animal welfare issues. See how they voted! LA needs someone who cares about animals, right now the animal control official is a joke who promotes and is a breeder. So stupid!!!!

  2. I hope that whomever prosecutes this case sees that they can charge this vicious mentally criminal with at least 300 counts of aggravated animal cruelty. Thirty 30 dogs starved abandoned and suffering a slow painful death for at least 30 days!!!!!
Wouldn’t it be justice to provide this violent criminal with the same?
