Target: Mark Brnovich, Attorney General of Arizona
Goal: Punish man for allegedly hanging puppy and ban him from ever owning any more animals.
A 6-month-old puppy was reportedly found hanging upside down by its hind legs inside a horse stable. A woman heard the pained whimpering from inside her house and then found the poor puppy, according to reports. Deputies say that the puppy, named Spur by animal control officers, was so injured that he couldn’t walk. They claim that the owner denied hurting the dog, claiming he was “training” it. As the sheriff said, “this dog was being tortured, not trained.”
This is a horrific example of cruelty to innocent, small animals and it must be stopped. The person who done this could’ve killed this animal had the neighbor not heard its cries. Please sign this petition to urge authorities to do everything possible to make sure this man is punished to the maximum extent and banned from owning any more animals.
Dear Mr. Brnovich,
A 6-month-old puppy was reportedly seen hanging from its hind legs and whimpering in pain. When deputies arrived at the home, they say the puppy wasn’t even able to walk.
The dog’s owner told police that he was only training the puppy, but as the sheriff has stated, this was torture, not training. We urge you to do everything possible to ensure that he receives the maximum sentence and a permanent ban from owning animals.
