Justice For 48 Dogs Severely Neglected and Abused

Target: Ken Paxton, Attorney General of Texas

Goal: Ban woman who allegedly abused 48 dogs from owning animals.

A total of 48 dogs were reportedly rescued from a home where it was determined that they were malnourished, sick, infected with parasites, and lacking water. Officials say some of the animals were living in their own waste and were covered with mange and fleas. Some of the breeds found living in these deplorable conditions include chihuahuas, Yorkies, Shih Tzus and schnauzers.

Too many animals suffer at the hands of owners who hoard them, then neglect and abuse them. Please sign this petition to help prevent other animals from this cruelty by demanding the owner be banned from having animals.

Dear Mr. Paxton,

Authorities reportedly rescued 48 neglected dogs from a home. Officials say the dogs were sick, malnourished, lacking water, and infected with internal parasites and fleas. Some of them were reportedly living in their own waste.

There’s no reason for this many animals to be forced to live in conditions this tragic. Please see to it that the owner is permanently banned from owning animals so that no more creatures suffer the same fate.

  1. Cynthia Mattera says:

Disgusting! Shut down her hell hole and prosecute her to the fullest extent of the law. All you folks who are breeders….”Stop living off the misery of these poor animals and get a REAL JOB!!!!

    • Sounds like the person involved was a hoarder, not a breeder…..hoarders are generally seen as mentally ill…..they love animals, and try to save them, but always get in “over their heads” and can’t afford to take care of/ feed/ exercise the number of animals they have….yet they’re afraid to go to the authorities for fear of being labeled animal abusers and NOT being allowed to ever own an animal again.

Much better to see they get HELP; and allow them to own perhaps one or two animals…..a number they could care for adequately.

  2. Susan Sperling says:

She should be prosecuted not just banned from owning any more animals.

    • MOST experts consider animal hoarders to be mentally ill, not like animal abusers who get a kick out of abusing animals.

Most of them love animals and are trying to help or save as many as they can…..inevitably they get in “over their head” and can’t afford to feed, take care of, the number of animals they have…..they need HELP not punishment.

To not allow such a person to EVER own another animal is cruel….they need help, and should be limited to owning one or two animals, which they could adequately take care of.

  3. Perhaps this woman truly wanted to help these animals but just couldn’t afford the time and $$ as there were 48 of them?
