Capture Burglars Who Burned Three Dogs to Death

Target: Matthew Pepper, President and CEO of the Michigan Humane Society

Goal: Punish robbers who locked three dogs in a burning house.

Three dogs were burned alive in a fire intentionally set after a robbery. A devastated Michigan family returned home to find their possessions gone, their home incinerated, and their three dogs, Bella, Bruno, and Blue, dead. The robbers, who entered through a back window, trapped the dogs inside the home before lighting the blaze. The dogs, two pit bull mixes and a Shiba Inu, were killed in the blaze. According to Michigan Humane Society President Matthew Pepper, the dogs “suffered greatly before ultimately perishing.”

So far, the fire department and the Michigan Humane Society’s Animal Cruelty Division have launched an investigation into this cruel act. Both organizations are urging the public to come forward with any information, and the Michigan Humane Society is offering a $2,500 reward for anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.

A shocking level of cruelty was displayed by the robbers, as they knowingly left innocent animals to die in an extremely frightening and painful manner. In order prevent these criminals from victimizing more families and animals, it is imperative that hey are arrested immediately. Sign the petition below to ask investigators to recommend the harshest possible punishment for the perpetrators of this sickening act.

Dear Mr. Pepper,

Three dogs were recently killed in a fire allegedly set by home robbers. Investigators say that the robbers intentionally locked the dogs inside before setting the home ablaze, leaving them to die. This disturbing act shows a complete disregard for animal life and is a strong indicator that those responsible are dangerous.

In order to protect both citizens and their pets, these callous offenders must be taken off the streets immediately. We commend your contributions to the investigation, which include a $2,500 reward for anyone that comes forward with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the people responsible. Once caught, they must be punished to the fullest extent of the law for this overwhelmingly cruel act. We, the undersigned, ask that you seek the maximum possible animal cruelty penalty for those convicted of burning three dogs in a house fire.

    Same should be done to those losers poor innocent dogs :{

  2. I’d like to lock these cruel, despicable guys up somewhere and burn them alive, God forgive me, and let them see how they like it. What a horrible ordeal to go through. Poor animals. They have the same feelings of pain and suffering just like people do. All animals feel the same things. They need to be found, caught and thrown in jail.

  3. The more petitions we sign, the more pop up, each one out doing the other in terms of animal abuse, torture and cruelty. I hope these scum bags, lowest of the lowest get caught and charged with murder, yes, this boils down to nothing short of murder. If the law don’t start using each and every case as an example the message will never get through and this madness will simply prevail. Animal rights is one of the most important issues on the table today, worldwide, just as slavery was back in the 19th and early 20th centuries. We are not going away.

  4. these sorry thugs need to be tracked down,hand cuffed to somewhere in an old abandoned house the house set afire. They need to experience the same
    fate as the dogs. Anyone who would do this to any animal doesn’t deserve to live. They need to be made an example to abusers. There should be strict
    animal abuse laws made and enforced. No plea bargaining,no leniancy what
    so ever. These thugs need to be punished to the full extent of the law. If the laws were stricter and the punishment was harsh there would be less abuse.

    It is scary and sickening what our world is coming to! Those people are psychopaths and must be found, punished to the max and stopped before their dark behavior escalates!
