A fox was found cowering in the corner of two fences after a group of teenagers allegedly chased and hit the animal. The teenagers seemed to be finding amusement in hurting the fox. They reportedly even set their dog after the innocent creature.
Police rescued the terrified fox and discovered he was covered in puncture wounds. The fox was sent to the vet immediately and thankfully made a full recovery. After confirming he was 100% better, the fox was released back into the wild.
Sign this petition to demand that these teenagers be properly punished if their guilt is confirmed. Harming an animal is not a matter that should be taken lightly.
Dear Chief Spittal,
A fox in terrible condition was found cowering in the corner of two fences. Allegedly, a group of teenagers chased and hit the terrified fox for their own entertainment. They apparently even set their dog after the poor creature.
Thankfully, your team was able to rescue the fox and bring him to a vet. He has made a full recovery, despite being covered in puncture wounds, and has been released back into the wild.
Harming an animal is an issue that should not be taken lightly. Finding enjoyment in hurting an innocent being is barbaric and these teenagers should face proper punishment. Please consider all the factors when charging the abusers.
