God didn’t create animals to perform in circus or any other place. they need to be banned once for all. the animal sanctuaries are great .

This abuse should have stopped long ago. Any animals that are exploited gor human entertainment should be able to live the rest if their lives atxan accredited Sanctuary.
God did mot create these magnificent animals to be treated like this & be made, by abuse, to do “acts” for money making entertainment.

Animals performing in Circuses are subjected to torture and pain in order to train them. It is recognized as being cruel and inhumane. Not to mention the fact that these animals live out a very unnatural life traveling in circuses. It is time to ban the use of live animals in circuses.

What…. And there I thought Australia was a forward-thinking country!! Clearly NOT 🙁 This is Dark Ages nonsense. Ban the use of circus animals.. and instruct their owners to hand them over to reputable sanctuaries or other places of safety. They can still be exploited if due process isn’t followed… vigilence is required.
As of April 2021 according to the RSPCA Australia no longer has circuses using wild animals.
Australia’s last circus that used exotic animals now includes performing horses, dogs and goats.
My children are now in their 40’s. Even when they were kids, I refused to take them to circuses. I don’t get any pleasure out of watching animals do ridiculous tricks to please humans and I wanted to spread that message to my children. The longer I live, I feel animals have more compassion than humans. when will this stop? Wild animals aren’t born in a cage, so why are we caging them, just for a few minutes pleasure for humans? I think back years ago when there was a circus in Hawaii. This elephant broke out from the circus and took off. I don’t blame the elephant. I think this poor animal finally decided…enough! I side with the elephant.
I stopped going to any kind of circus years ago. It’s sickening and heartbreaking too watch animals be used for human entertainment.
