Goal: Find and prosecute person who shot arrow into innocent cat.
A cat in Paragould, Arkansas was shot with an arrow and left to die. The arrow penetrated the cat’s chest, breaking numerous ribs, but miraculously missed the animal’s heart. The person responsible for this crime is still on the loose.
When the cat was found, a bystander rushed her to the Paragould Humane Society, which immediately took the cat to a local veterinarian. While it appears the cat will survive the attack, her injuries were significant. The Humane Society was able to locate the cat’s owner and will reunite them.
This is not the first time a pet has been shot with an arrow near Paragould. Only days before, another cat was shot with an arrow, and a few months earlier, a dog was found dead with an arrow through its body.
The local authorities must take this attack seriously and devote all resources necessary to finding and prosecuting the person responsible.

An innocent cat was found with an arrow through her body. Fortunately, the cat survived the attack thanks to the hard work of a bystander, the Paragould Humane Society, and a local animal clinic. However, the person responsible for this crime is still at-large.

A serial killer is at large in your district terrorizing Residents by killing their family members. The person responsible is unknown at this time. I certainly hope the individual responsible for these crimes is found and prosecuted to the furthest extent of the Law along with being responsible to pay for any medical costs to surviving victims and compensation to the families whos pets were sadly killed.
I agree completely with you on all of the punishment action and more. The lowlife must be found: killing innocent animals who of course, have never harmed him or her and forcing medical costs and much concern and fear by the owners.
This SERIAL KILLER at large must be found.

Losers like this like to brag about their cowardly acts so someone out there knows who did this and they need to do society a favor and turn this POS in to the authorities before this happens again. And the authorities need to take this seriously and find and punish this loser so that others understand that animal abuse is wrong and will be prosecuted.
Seems as if there is a serial arrow shooter who targets innocent animals. I’m glad the two cats survived, but I’m sorry the dog didn’t. This animal abuse is unacceptable and the low-down, depraved, sadist needs to be caught and punished ASAP. I hope these animals get justice.
Cats harm no one. Dear Authorities, please find the evil who did this. I would say it is a teenager and future serial killer at work. Put him on your radar. Put signs out, commercials. A parent somewhere or a spouse or relative knows who has bow and arrows in their family. Offer a reward. Please.

The biggest problem is that dogs and cats are bred. Close down all breeding facilities and if you want a pet you have to buy one from a shelter. That way there will not be so many abandoned dogs and cats. People have to be vetted and any abusers must be on a list that is accessible to everyone and they cannot ever buy any pet. Abusers must be punished to the full extent and be jailed. They are sick and demented who start with animals and end up abusing wives and children. Animals give unconditional love and don’t deserve the cruelty that is conflicted on them.
