Goal: Prosecute man accused of running dog fighting ring that used Chihuahua as bait and forced dozens of dogs to fight.
Dozens of dogs were held captive and forced to fight and breed by the leader of a dog fighting ring, according to reports. The alleged mastermind of the ring was a man named Carlos Villasenor. An undercover federal agent reportedly broke the ring wide-open when he convinced Villasenor to sell him a dog, purportedly to be used to breed more fighters.
As a result of the undercover work, authorities raided Villasenor’s property and reportedly found dozens of pit bulls used in fights, a Chihuahua used for bait in the fights, testosterone boosting supplements, animal skins, “break sticks” used to pry open a dog’s mouth when it has bitten and held, and a contraption designed to “immobilize” female dogs for coerced breeding.
Reportedly, Villasenor bragged to the undercover agent that he had “eli gator” breeds, which were described by authorities as a breed “considered highly desirable among dog fighters for the strength and agility observed in dogs produced from this bloodline.”
Apparently, Villasenor also insisted that the undercover agent not re-sell the dog to anyone in the Bay Area since “they my rivals” and he didn’t want to have to compete against his own dog in future dog fights.

Recently a horrific dog fighting ring was apparently broken up by authorities. Reports indicate that the following items were discovered: dozens of pit bulls used in fights, a Chihuahua used for bait in the fights, testosterone boosting supplements, animal skins, “break sticks” used to pry open a dog’s mouth when it has bitten and held, and a contraption designed to “immobilize” female dogs for coerced breeding.
The accused, Carlos Villasenor, was apparently caught trying to sell a fighting dog to an undercover agent.
Dog fighting is a disgusting crime and I ask that you prosecute this individual, and any of his co-conspirators, to the fullest extent of the law.

Phil – Dog Fighting is big business in this country, and around the world. It is also extremely cruel and life shattering to the innocent animals caught up in the trade. As U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California, you hold a public position that allows you to prosecute uneducated assholes like Carlos Villasenor to the fullest extent allowed under the law, and this Petition is asking you to do just that. We share this world with the Animal Kingdom and they have just as much a right as we do to live their lives in peace on this planet, free from torture and murder at the hands of people like Villasenor. Show the world that California WILL NOT TOLERATE animal abuse and murder! Get Carlos Villasenor off the streets! Please!
My mind boggles – if the laws are harsh enough there will be less cruelty. Put them in prison FOREVER. Treat animal cruelty the same as human abuse. Death of an animal – death of that human garbage.
Death penalty to all who abuse, torture, kill, rape and force breed any animal! Enough is enough! These monsters will not stop! They will pay their fine, do their time and do it all over again. Thousands of innocent lives will be forever tormented by these monsters!

Why can’t the lazy cowardly owners of “dog fighting rings” get PROPER jobs (like the rest of us have) instead of abusing animals for their incomes? Are they incapable of doing an honest day’s work? Sentence them to hard labor on a chain gang, building and repairing roads – it will benefit the taxpayers and the country in general.
